eKL is one of the Malaysian Government’s endeavour under the
9th Malaysia Plan to further enhance the Public Sector service delivery
system of agencies in KlangValley by fully leveraging the use of ICT. This
new initiative is towards realising the objectives of One Government Many
Agencies, No Wrong Door and end-to-end interactive online services 24x365.
This initiative also promotes the sharing of services and information
amongst related agencies, hence increasing national competitiveness.

The project involves the development of an interface system called
MyGovXchange which functions as a Public Service Gateway delivering Government
services through an integrated and connected
Klang Valley. Services are accessible via the myGovernment Portal, which is the front-end single
window and one-stop center for
myBayar (ePayment)
and myForms. (eSubmission)

<%----%>MyGovXchange acts as a broker, channeling information for required services to the related agencies for processing. Status of the requested services can be viewed via the myGovernment Portal. To use these services, applicants are required to register with myGovernment Portal.
