Competency Level Evaluation

Competency Level Evaluation (PTK) (Malay version only) is a method of evaluating public service employees to see if they have attained a specific level of excellence as set out by the Government.

This is measured in terms of knowledge and skills attained as well as personal values. Government employees are tested in two areas namely general and specialised competence.
