The
Aptitude Test is an effective instrument to predict the work performance of
a candidate. The test is beneficial in evaluating the candidate’s ability
and efficiency in acquiring knowledge relevant to the job.
The test measures a candidate’s ability to solve problems using logic, data
interpretation and mathematical concepts. It is also used to test the
candidate’s ability and understanding, as well as to evaluate their
potential in executing basic administrative tasks such as planning and
decision-making.
The Aptitude Test is a written test where candidates are required to
answer objective questions and write essays. One position where
the Aptitude Test is required is the Administrative and Diplomatic Officer
(Grade M41).
