Psychological Test is an effective tool in measuring the attitude and mental
ability of candidates. It assesses their efficiency in acquiring knowledge
relevant to the job and putting what they learn to practise.
The Psychological Test is a written test implemented to gauge the
suitability of candidates to their job with regards to their personalities,
interests, attitudes, intelligence, values and skills.
The test measures emotional stability, and skills such as analytical and
problem-solving skills, human communication and leadership skills.
The test is conducted for these positions - Administrative and Diplomatic
Officer (Grade M41), Investigation Officer (Grade S41 and Grade S27), 10
Para Medic training schemes and 14 schemes involving Grade 41 posts.
