The Talent Test is part of the selection process for posts that require knowledge and skills that can only be obtained through specific or on-the-job-training. 

The test evaluates the candidates’ ability to learn tasks, as well as identify the behaviour skills required for certain posts.   

The posts that require candidates to sit for the Talent Test are Cultural Officer (Grade B41 and B27), Programme Producer (Grade B41 and B27), Designers (Grade B41 and B27) and Photographer (Grade B27) .

The candidates are required to undergo a written and/or practical test based on the post applied for as below:

Programme Producer (Grade B41 and B27)

Designer (Grade B41 and B27)

~Written (Objective and Essay) and Drawing Test

Cultural Officer (Grade B41 and B27)
