The Palm Oil
Industry (Licensing) Regulations, enforced on March 1, 1979 states that
businesses in the palm oil industry must obtain relevant licences from
the
Malaysian Palm Oil Board
(MPOB).
These licences govern business activities
such as the selling, buying, manufacturing, storing, exporting and
importing of oil palm products. Business owners aside, traders,
brokers, testers and inspectors should also obtain licences for their
respective activities.
E-reporting is a website for MPOB licensees
to register their daily palm oil contract and to submit their monthly
prescribed forms.
