The Ministry of Health has established a set of legislations, which is two-pronged as it encompasses both governance of healthcare providers, and protection of healthcare consumers.  These legislations are drawn with the public’s safety in mind, and to provide guidelines to individuals and companies who wish to venture into the healthcare industry.
