The Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Co-operative Development (MECD) (Malay version only) is the main agency responsible for coordinating the development of Bumiputera entrepreneurs.  MECD also provides entrepreneurial training and development programmes to Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
