Foreign
Companies are those incorporated out of Malaysia but with business
operations in Malaysia. To register, you will need to:
- a certified true copy of its incorporation
- a certified true copy of its charter
- a list of directors and secretaries with similar particulars on
prescribed Form 79.
- a memorandum of appointment or power of attorney authorizing a
person in Malaysia, or a company as an agent, to accept on its behalf
service process and any notices to be served on the company
- statutory declaration on prescribed Form 80 made by agents of the
company
- registration fees
Where the documents are in a foreign language, a certified translation
into English or Bahasa Malaysia must accompany the documents
