Registration Procedure for Partnership

1. Obtain a Trading Licence Application Form (Section 5) from the town, municipal, city or district council.
2. Complete the form
3. Submit the form with a copy of your and your partner/s identification card, tenancy agreement and receipt of property assessment
4. The above documents should be verified by either a judge or a magistrate, or lawyer, Justice of Peace, or Commissioner of Oaths
5. Pay a registration fee of RM25 and RM5 for both trade name and given name

Renewal of Trading Licence

The trading licence is valid until 31 December every year. New applicants are charged a pro-rated registration fee based on the date of your application.

1. You should obtain Form P.L.B (1) from either the town, municipal, district or city council
2. Complete the form
3. Submit the form with renewal fee of RM25 and your old trading licence

Changes and Additions in Business Particulars

1. Obtain the Notis Perubahan Butiran form of Form C from the district, town, municipal or city council
2. Complete the form
3. Submit form with processing form
