MyUBAT is a mobile application developed by the Pharmacy Services Programme, Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), to provide digital pharmacy services.
This app enables patients to manage repeat medication supplies without physically going to the pharmacy counter.
Main functions of MyUBAT
Registration
Users can register accounts online through the app without needing to visit health facilities
Prescription records
View prescription and medication supply records from all MOH health facilities integrated with MyUBAT
Repeat medication supply
Provides 4 types of pharmacy value-added services IN obtaining repeat medications, including:
Pharmacy counter: Users can set a date to collect medications at health facilities, reducing waiting time
Medicine by post (UMP): Medications delivered directly to user’s chosen location via postal service (delivery fee borne by patient)
Medicine locker: Repeat medications stored in a special locker, accessed via key/pin on the scheduled appointment date
Drive-thru / Park & take pharmacy: Collect repeat medications outside the pharmacy counter through drive-thru or designated pick-up points

Additional information on MyUBAT
The MyUBAT system is only implemented in MOH hospitals/ health clinics.
The following hospitals are not part of MOH facilities and are not listed in the MyUBAT app:
- Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya (PPUM)
- Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz UKM (HUKM)
- Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM)
- Hospital Pengajar Universiti Putra Malaysia (HPUPM)

- Hospital Angkatan Tentera (HAT)
- Institut Jantung Negara (IJN)
