5. What is included under Digital Services?
Digital Services provides concise information about the services offered by the government, including target users, service methods, fees and charges, application steps and contact details of the service-providing agency. Users can access services directly through the ACCESS THIS SERVICE button.

You will need a MyDigital ID. For registration details, please visit:

- Non-Citizens / Permanent Residents (PR): May register using an email address.

This happens when the service has not yet been integrated with the MyGovernment Portal’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Yes. You may browse information and use selected digital services that do not require login.
13. I am a Non-Citizen/PR. Can I use the digital services in this portal?
Yes. Non-Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) may access information and certain digital services, subject to the eligibility requirements set by the respective service-providing agencies.
