COMPLAINT / FEEDBACK

CATEGORY: ENTREPRENEURSHIP

This service allows users to submit complaints, enquiries, suggestions or feedback electronically to JAKIM. The Halal Malaysia Portal provides direct access to the JAKIM SISPAA system for this purpose.

1) Click the 'Access This Service' button to access the Malaysia Halal Portal.

2) Select 'Submit Complaint' to access the JAKIM Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA).

3) Click 'New Complaint/Feedback'.

4) Enter your personal details and information about the halal-related complaint.

5) Attach supporting documents or photographs as evidence (if required).

6) Review the information and submit the complaint.

7) Track the complaint status through the 'Check Complaint/Feedback' menu.
