1) Have a registered MYeHALAL International account.
2) Applicant must be a company registered in Malaysia, such as an importer, distributor, agent, or subsidiary.
3) Have company registration documents issued in Malaysia.
4) Have a valid overseas manufacturing licence.
5) Have an appointed Muslim Halal Executive.
6) Prepare a Halal Assurance System (HAS) Manual.
7) Have halal certificates or specification documents for raw materials and ingredients.
8) Prepare product processing flowcharts, factory layout plans, and packaging labels.
9) Provide additional supporting documents according to the product category (if applicable).
10) Be prepared to undergo a factory audit conducted by JAKIM.
