1) Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or any relevant agency.

2) Food premises must be registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH).

3) For Mass Catering: Supervisors must have a Food Service Supervisor Training Certificate.

4) Prepare a Food Safety Assurance Programme manual (SOP).
