School dental health services are provided by MOH to all students (Year 1 to Form 5) in all government and government-aided schools every year.
School dental health services include:
- Oral health education
- Dental check-ups
- Clinical preventive treatment
- Basic dental treatments (scaling, fillings, and extractions)
Emphasis on the correct toothbrushing technique is also applied through this service programme.
