Two main hotel rating categories:
- Star Rating
Evaluates the level of luxury, facilities, and quality of hotel services - Orchid Rating
Focuses on budget accommodations that emphasise cleanliness, safety, and basic comfort
Green Hotel Initiative
The Green Hotel Initiative was introduced to recognise hotels that practise environmental sustainability principles such as efficient management of water, energy, and solid waste usage.
