Federal Resorts (Rumah Peranginan Persekutuan – RPP) are accommodation facilities specially provided for civil servants and government pensioners for holidays, relaxation, and well-being. RPP offers accommodation at affordable rates in various strategic locations and tourist destinations throughout Malaysia, including Singapore and the city of London. Agrotourism refers to a form of tourism based on the agri-food sector, encompassing activities related to agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and agro-based industries that offer recreational, educational, and interactive experiences for visitors, while also generating economic opportunities and increasing operators’ income. Malaysian Homestay Experience Program (PPHM) is a Community-Based Tourism (CBT) initiative led by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. This programme allows tourists to experience the authentic lifestyle and warm hospitality of rural communities firsthand.
