Skills Enhancement Course for Caregivers

Target groups:

• Caregivers of senior citizens, persons with disabilities (OKUs), children and bedridden, chronic patients

• Family members, volunteers or individuals who wish to become trained caregivers

Programme objectives:

• Provide exposure to basic caregiving skills and knowledge for the elderly, OKUs, children and bedridden, chronic patients
• Provide understanding and knowledge about health, nutrition, and communication needs with the elderly, OKUs, children and bedridden, chronic patients
• Acquire skills in management and caregiving
• Develop skills in activities, rehabilitation and progress for elderly, OKUs, children and bedridden, chronic patients

Course duration: 28 hours
