The Housewives Social Security Scheme (SKSSR) is implemented by the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) starting December 1, 2022.
It aims to provide social security protection to housewives who experience accidents or any incidents while doing household-related matters.
Contribution: RM120 for a coverage period of 12 consecutive months.
Contributions can be made by the husband, housewife, family or third parties for the housewife.
Among the benefits of this scheme include Medical Benefits, Permanent Disability Benefits and Funeral Management Benefits.
