The Women Career Comeback Programme (WCCP) was introduced by TalentCorp to support professional women who have taken a career break and wish to return to the workforce.
This programme was launched as part of the Government’s efforts to:
- Increase women’s participation in the professional workforce
- Reduce the loss of highly skilled female talent due to personal factors such as childcare or family responsibilities
- Support employers in providing flexible and inclusive career opportunities
Eligibility
- Malaysian citizen
- Women aged between 25–55 years
- Voluntarily left employment for at least 6 months
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
Incentives Offered
- Access to a job opportunities database for women
- Career coaching, webinars, and professional workshops
