Anti Sexual Harassment Act 2022 (Act 840)

Gazetted on 18 October 2022, this act provides redress for victims of sexual harassment.

Anti Sexual Harassment Tribunal (TAGS)

An alternative to civil courts for victims to seek compensation quickly, easily, and at minimal cost.

Penal Code (Act 574)

Prescribes punishments for sexual offences and stalking.

Akta Kerja 1955 (Amendment 2022)

Key provisions for women workers include:
