The Mobile eComplaint @JTKSM application is one of the alternatives provided by the Peninsular Malaysia Manpower Department (JTKSM) specifically for the use of private sector workers in Peninsular Malaysia only. It provides a labour complaint channel to make it easier for workers, the public or third parties to file complaints in the event of non-compliance with labour laws.
