What is an Identity Certificate?
A travel document issued to Permanent Residents of Malaysia who do not have citizenship status (stateless).
This identity certificate can only be issued subject to the following conditions:
- Letter of confirmation from the Embassy of the applicant’s country of origin
- Statutory declaration / self-declaration
Fee: RM500
Validity period: 5 years
