The Higher Education Financial Assistance for Disabled Students (BKOKU) aims to improve and expand lifelong learning opportunities for OKU pursuing studies at Public/Private Universities, Community Colleges, and Polytechnics under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
Eligibility:
- Malaysian citizen
- Registered with JKM and holds an OKU card
- Enrolled in MQA-accredited courses
- Part-time or distance learning students also eligible
- Not on paid study leave (full/partial)
