The Women Career Comeback Programme (WCCP) was introduced by TalentCorp to support professional women who have taken a career break and wish to return to the workforce. This programme was launched as part of the Government’s efforts to: Increase women’s participation in the professional workforce Reduce the loss of highly skilled female talent due to personal factors such as childcare or family responsibilities Support employers in providing flexible and inclusive career opportunities Eligibility Malaysian citizen Women aged between 25–55 years Voluntarily left employment for at least 6 months Minimum of 3 years’ work experience Incentives Offered Access to a job opportunities database for women Career coaching, webinars, and professional workshops

The HRD Corp Microcredentials Programme is developed for members of the workforce who wish to enhance their skills in specific industries through the recognition of modular, small-scale learning. What is a Microcredential? A microcredential is a form of certified learning that focuses on specific skills, allowing you to gain formal recognition through short, targeted courses. Not only does it save time, but the cost of obtaining a microcredential certificate is also lower, and the certificates issued are recognised by industries and employers.
National Training Week (NTW) is a nationwide initiative by HRD Corp that offers free training programmes for employees at all levels of experience.
