Audit and Governance

The Auditor General’s Dashboard (AGD) is the official online platform of the National Audit Department of Malaysia, providing the public with transparent and real-time access to information, action statuses, and monitoring reports on government audit issues. It enables citizens to openly monitor financial recoveries, efforts to prevent leakages, and improvements in public sector governance. Through the AGD Portal, the National Audit Department is committed to ensuring that every ringgit of public funds is spent prudently, thereby strengthening national governance and accountability. The effectiveness of AGD has positioned Malaysia as a model for international audit bodies, particularly Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), in strengthening integrity and accountability in the management of public funds. In 2025, the platform also received recognition from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as an online dashboard that presents audit findings in a real-time, up-to-date, and transparent manner, and was highlighted as a platform that should serve as a global benchmark within the governance ecosystem.
