The following are the educational paths to IPTA through UPU Online:

Among the admission requirements for Bachelor’s Degree programmes in IPTA

STPM leavers:

SPM: Credit in Bahasa Melayu, pass History
CGPA 2.0
Grade C in 3 subjects (including General Studies)

Matriculation/ ASASI leavers:

SPM: Credit in Bahasa Melayu, pass History
CGPA 2.0

STAM leavers:

SPM: Credit in Bahasa Melayu, pass History
Minimum Jayyid

Diploma holders (IPTA/ ILKA/ IPTS)

SPM: Credit in Bahasa Melayu, pass History
Pre-U from Sports Schools, GCE A-Level, IB Diploma, AusMat recognised by Government & University Senate

Diploma TVET graduates:

Recognised diploma by Government & Senate

MUET requirement: Minimum Band 1 or depending on programme-specific requirements
