Key Initiatives under PLM:
- Seniors Back in Action (SEBA)
An initiative for senior citizens who wish to upskill and re-enter the workforce after retirement.
- Second Chances and Opportunities for People to Excel (SCOPE)
A practical and vocational skills programme for formerly incarcerated individuals, providing job opportunities and reintegration into society.
Specifically for:
- ODS – Persons Under Supervision (Orang Yang Diawasi)
- ODP – Persons Released on Parole (Orang Dibebaskan Bersyarat)
- OBB – Licensed Prisoners Release (Pembebasan Banduan Berlesen)
- PWD Development
Specialised training programme for Persons with Disabilities (PWD/OKU) aged 18–60 years.
