PERMATA Kurnia is an early intervention centre established to provide education and support to children with autism in Malaysia. This programme is part of the PERMATA initiative under the supervision of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE).
Admission Requirements:
- Open to children with autism aged 2 to 6 years who hold an OKU (Persons with Disabilities) card
- Malaysian citizen
- Must undergo screening and assessment by the PERMATA Kurnia Medical Expert Panel to ensure suitability for the programme
- Parents must agree to comply with PERMATA Kurnia regulations
Locations of PERMATA Kurnia:
- PERMATA Kurnia in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur is the main intervention centre for autism in Malaysia
- PERMATA Kurnia in Precinct 11 Putrajaya is known as the Early Childhood Education Centre (Integration) PERMATA. It offers two programmes: PERMATA Kurnia and PERMATA Negara.
