MyKid is a smart chip identification card for Malaysian citizens under the age of 12. It contains the child's important information such as name, birth registration number, date of birth and address.

Three informations stored in the chip:

1. Birth data (JPN)
2. Health information
3. Education information

How to apply for MyKid

Application at the National Registration Department (JPN)

Apply to any NRD branch with the following documents:

• Original Birth Certificate of the baby / Form W / Form H (born abroad)
• Parent's Identity Card (original & copy)
