What is PLKN 3.0?
The National Service Training Programme (PLKN) 3.0 is a rebranded version of Malaysia’s national patriotism programme, relaunched by the Ministry of Defence in 2025. Unlike the previous versions (PLKN 1.0 and 2.0), PLKN 3.0 emphasises basic military training, identity building, nationhood, safety and volunteerism.
