Taman Sinar Harapan (TSH) is an institution under JKM that provides care, protection, and rehabilitation for OKUs with learning disabilities.

• A safe shelter under the Child Act 2001 for children with learning disabilities requiring protection
• Duration of stay: 3 years or until the age limit set is reached

Admission Methods:

• Voluntary admission authorized by the Director General of Social Welfare
• Court order under the Child Act 2001

Currently, there are 7 TSH nationwide.
