Service Gratuity
Lump sum payment based on years of service, given upon retirement as an appreciation.
Cash in Lieu of Leave (GCR)
Cash payment for unused annual leave in the interest of service (maximum 180 days).
Converted into monetary value based on final salary and fixed allowances.
Free Medical Benefits
Retirees and their family members are entitled to free medical treatment at government hospitals and clinics.
Derivative Pension (Pencen Terbitan)
For public service retirees under the Pension Scheme who have passed away, the derivative pension will continue to be paid to eligible heirs such as:

- Children under 21 years old or disabled children
