Disability Benefits for Armed Force Veterans

Provided to armed force members who suffer injuries while in service and are related to duty

The degree of injury or disability is determined by the Cause Determination Board (LPS), ATM Health Services Division

Payment rate: according to rank at the time of injury

This benefit is paid when the member has retired or terminated service

Members who are certified to have suffered disabilities may receive one or a combination of the following Disability Benefits components:

• Disability Pension (PHU)
• Disability Gratuity (GHU)
• Education Allowance
• Constant Attendance Allowance
