If you are applying through SPPIM, the HIV screening form issued is specific to your application and your partner only. Make sure you bring the correct form during the test to ensure your application is processed correctly.
Book appointment through MySejahteraThis HIV screening test report is only valid for 6 months. If the HIV result is positive, you will be referred for advice from the Health Clinic and the respective state religious office.
