The Outstanding Student Programme (Program Pelajar Cemerlang, PPC) is a government initiative via the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE). It provides a special pathway for high-achieving SPM students to pursue studies overseas in relevant fields and to continue a career as Education Service Officers (Teachers).
Duration: 4 years for an overseas degree + 1 year Postgraduate Diploma in Education at an Institute of Teacher Education (IPG).
