The PDK Ku Sihat Programme is a collaboration between the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and the Department of Social Welfare (JKM), implemented through the Community-Based Rehabilitation (PDK) Programme.
This programme aims to improve the health and personal care of Persons with Disabilities (OKUs) who attend PDK.
It includes activities such as:
- Regular health screenings (BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar)
- Health talks and education
- Light exercise and physiotherapy activities
- Personal hygiene education (e.g., handwashing, oral and dental care)
- Healthy nutrition education
