VIBES 2.0 (Veteran Integrated Benefit System) is the main system of JHEV ATM that functions to manage information on Armed Forces Veterans and their dependents, including the administration of applications and payment of retirement benefits, medical benefit claims, welfare assistance schemes, and funeral management assistance. The system also supports the processing of veteran card applications, participation in courses offered, job-matching facilities, and the online management of Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) Veteran associations.
