JTK is responsible for ensuring that employers comply with labour laws, including the payment of minimum wages, working hours, and the management of employee termination.
- Investigating Workers’ Complaints
Workers facing issues such as unpaid wages, unfair dismissal, or workplace discrimination may file a complaint with the Department of Labour (JTK).
