Applying for Social Welfare Department (JKM) Aid

PersonaLow Income Families

There are two methods to apply for Social Welfare Department (JKM) assistance:

Application for financial assistance at District/ Colonial/ Divisional/ Branch Social Welfare Offices nationwide

Each application registered will be means-tested to confirm eligibility for assistance.

Applicants are requested to bring supporting documents when attending the District/Colonial/Division/Branch Social Welfare Office.:

Copy of the applicant's identity card
Copy of the identity card of the husband/wife/mother/father/child living together
Copy of birth certificates of children/family members living together
Copy of salary statement (if any) and other relevant documents
