The PERMATA Insan Programme is an educational initiative established to identify and nurture gifted and talented Muslim students in Malaysia.

College Admission Requirements:
- Muslim students
- Aged 11–12 years
- Pass UKM1 and UKM2 tests, be a Basic Student Candidate 1, and pass all components of the Mukahyyam Al-Abrar test
