MyJalan KKR is the official application under the Ministry of Works (KKR) that serves as a one-stop road complaint centre. It was developed to enable the public to report road defects and public infrastructure issues directly through their smartphones. Through the application, users can submit complaints in real time, complete with photos and GPS location, across various complaint categories. This helps speed up the reporting process to the relevant agencies for monitoring, maintenance, and repair works. Key features of MyJalan KKR: Report damaged or pothole-ridden roads, faulty street lights, traffic light failures, road obstructions, public facilities, road furniture, and landslides View road-related disaster information such as road collapses and road subsidence Access live traffic camera (CCTV) feeds from highways across Malaysia View the list of motorcycle shelter locations provided by the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) Submit complaint locations using GPS Check the status of submitted complaints
The MyJPJ application, developed by the Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ), is not only used for digital driving licences and road tax but also enables the public to report traffic offences online. Through this reporting feature, users can help the authorities report various road traffic offences to improve road safety and ensure compliance with traffic laws. Thirteen (13) types of traffic offences that can be reported: Failure to stop at a red traffic light Driving in the emergency lane Dangerous overtaking and obstructing other vehicles from overtaking Overtaking on the left Crossing double lines Using a mobile phone while driving Non-compliant vehicle registration number plates Excessively tinted vehicle windows Failure to wear a seat belt or safety helmet Failure to comply with traffic signals Making a U-turn at a prohibited location Technical offences Commercial vehicles continuously driving in the far-right lane A report may include: Vehicle registration number Photo or video evidence Location of the incident Date and time of the incident A brief description of the offence Each report will be assessed by the Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ), and further action will depend on the validity of the information and supporting evidence provided.
