NACCOL or the National Cost of Living Action Council was established under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) as the main national platform to coordinate policies, initiatives and integrated actions in addressing the issue of the cost of living for the people. There are two methods to apply for Social Welfare Department (JKM) assistance: Manual application Application for financial assistance at District/ Colonial/ Divisional/ Branch Social Welfare Offices nationwide Online Application Each application registered will be means-tested to confirm eligibility for assistance.
